Emergency Department

The Emergency Department at Jennings American Legion Hospital is often the first point of care for residents of Jeff Davis Parish and Jennings, La. This is why we are dedicated to providing personal, interactive care in a comfortable environment. In order to service our residents effectively, our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our staff includes registered nurses, board-certified physicians, board-certified emergency nurses and sexual assault nurse examiners, all of whom provide personal, interactive care. The department is equipped to handle life-threatening conditions with compassion and expertise.

For our local residents, the Emergency Department at Jennings American Legion Hospital provides immediate care that is only minutes away. We are prepared to treat emergent traumas as well as less serious, yet urgent, conditions.
